What is the 95 Method?
What we have learned is organizational and individual performance is a direct result of the system you work in. This means we focus on methods to improve your system. From hundreds of engagements we have found there are five (5) elements an organizational system needs.
W. Edwards Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge (SoPK) has withstood the test of time. The four parts of SoPK – Appreciation for a System, Knowledge of Variation, Theory of Knowledge and Psychology are deeply rooted into the 95 Method. We have learned to apply and expand Dr. Deming’s thinking through practical application.
Being plugged in to new research in neuroscience and advances in mathematical modeling keeps us on the cutting edge of improving performance. We operate more as a “think tank” than a consulting firm as we are constantly bringing new thinking to organizations.
